Z is for Purses and other Stylish Accessories

I know.  What do purses have to do with the letter Z, right?  Well, if you ever have a layover at the Salt Lake City Airport you'll see what I mean.  On Concourse D there is this amazing store, full of fabulous eye candy, called Zeta and Company

As you're hurrying for your gate, you'll catch some amazing purses in your peripheral vision.  And you'll just. Have to. STOP.  In your tracks.  It takes forever for the airlines to get everyone boarded, anyway.  You've got time....

Normally, I try to get non-stop flights, but no more.  From now on I'm looking for SLC layovers!  Preferably a long one.  I want to be able to take my time, and soak it all in.

This boutique has clothing, jewelry, shoes, incredible handmade purses, scarves, you name it.  If it's stunning, and unique, I'm guessing they have it!

So, next time you fly, insist on a layover in SLC.  Zeta and Company won't disappoint,  I promise!

This post is being linked to Jenny Matlock's Alphabe-Thursday.

  1. There are some airports that aren't so bad for layovers, but they are few. If an airport has a bookstore I'm a happy traveler!

  5. Love the mannequin. Who knew? Not me. I definitely don't think "shop" when I am in an airport.

  9. Super ‘Z’ post – I usually hate airports unless there's a (very large) bookshop there! Most European airports have identical Main Street shops but yours looks so inviting! It's unique! Are those really crocodile purses?

It’s been great fun reading great posts like yours over the past 26 weeks!

    Have a lovely weekend,
    LOLA:)

PS Mine this time is HERE. Hope you can join me!

  13. I know I'd love that store! I've been in a lot of airports, but Schipol in Amsterdam is by far my favorite.

  19. Aren't you a clever, and stylish, girl?

What a different and fun stop on our little journey through Alphabe-Thursday's letter "Z".

I think it's neat that you actually TRY and not get a non-stop.

I haven't ever flown through that airport and if I wasn't such a style schmuck I might have to give it a go.

    Thank you for linking.

I always enjoy my stops here!

    A+

  20. I've also been trapped at the SLC airport and came out with a lighter wallet. Same thing can happen in Denver when a flight gets delayes. May not be a win-win, but certainly a bit of a win. :-)
